My experience at Lifetime was great all thanks to one amazing worker, Josiah. He helped me locate the bathroom and was happy to help me. He is a very kind person and a hard worker.

Late to Open. I have been a member of Lifetime for over a year. It, and its associated gyms would get 5 stars from me were it not for one significant issue, promptness in opening. Every weekday here in Alpharetta a group of us wait for the counter person to open at the designated hour of 4 am. However he is habitually late. It’s consistently 1,2,3,5 minutes after the hour before he drudgingly makes his way to the door and opens it. Never an acknowledgment that he is tardy. No awareness that these customers, the ones that show up at the opening tend to be time conscious and punctual. That these customers may be trying to get their workout in early because they have a full day of work or activities ahead of them. Yesterday, it was the same story. The counter person was late and when he did get to opening the door several minutes after the hour his comment was “just to let you all know the outside doors will be locked starting tomorrow (there is an alcove in between the outside and inside door) so you will have to wait outside until we open. That fired me off. I spoke out “we wouldn’t have to wait if you weren’t always late. 1,2, 5 minutes. You are always late”. His respons

If you haven’t found your perfect hairdresser yet, allow me to tell you that I did! She’s at Lifetime! Yes, the gym…inside LifeSpa. I moved to Georgia 5 years ago and just haven’t been able to find the person who knows her stuff from beginning to end. Kendra is your person! I have very unmanageable, grey resistant hair and I have now left twice with perfect hair and random people giving me compliments! Believe me it takes a lot to impress me and Kendra knows her profession inside and out. She doesn’t hesitate to take longer to give you what you deserve! I’m grateful to have her as my hairdresser!

Kimora, Brook and Wendy from left to right are amazing at Lifetime Alpharetta. Stop in workout and go grab a bite from Mrs. Chris , Virgil, and Alicia who makes the best smoothies. Andre the GM is fabulous. I love his entire Alpharetta team! Thank you

I’ve been coming to this gym for a little over two years, and it’s been life-changing! I love my coaches (Chris and Kristi) and how knowledgeable they are. The workouts they provide are science-based, which, as a healthcare provider, makes a big difference to me. They don’t see you as just a number, but as a person who’s trying to be fit and healthy. Everyone who works here is so nice to me. This place basically has everything you need to stay healthy and look great — from fitness classes to a salon where you can get your nails and hair done. And I can’t forget to mention the smoothies — they’re absolutely delicious! The recovery section is incredible too — they have massage tables, compression therapy, and even hot and cold massage tables. It feels amazing after an intense workout, and my body truly appreciates it! My lower back had been bothering me, so I tried chiropractic care with Stephanie, and it was amazing! She’s very skilled and knowledgeable too. I’m so thankful to be able to work out in a place that truly cares about you. I have no words for how much I appreciate my coaches — they are amazing, and I love how they push me even when I don’t think it’s possible. 💪💖
